Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Tracking is provided by email when available for the selected service.

Available services, prices and estimated delivery windows are calculated for your address at checkout. Estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Import duties and local taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Contact customer care promptly after delivery before returning an item. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags and packaging. Final-sale items follow the terms shown on their product page.

If an order arrives damaged or does not match the listing, contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review it.
