Before any item is listed on OOSYY, it goes through a strict four-step authentication process. We do not list first and verify later. Every piece is confirmed genuine before it reaches our store.
Direct Sourcing
We source exclusively from authorised retailers, brand boutiques and a verified network of luxury resellers. We never purchase from unknown or grey-market channels.
Documentation
All items arrive with original receipts, brand certificates, tags and packaging where applicable. Serial numbers and date codes are cross-referenced against brand records.
Physical Inspection
Our team examines stitching, hardware, labels, logo placement, material quality and finishing against brand-specific checklists built from years of hands-on experience.
Certified & Listed
Only once an item passes every step is it approved and listed on OOSYY. It then ships to you securely packaged, exactly as we received and verified it.

Font, spacing, colour and stitching of all interior and exterior labels. Every detail follows brand-specific standards — any deviation is a red flag we catch.
Hardware
Weight, finish, engraving depth and logo stamp of zippers, clasps, chains and buckles. Authentic luxury hardware has a specific quality that cannot be replicated at cost.
Stitching
Stitch count per inch, thread colour consistency, seam alignment and interior lining quality. Each brand has a construction signature we verify against precisely.
Serial Numbers
Where brands use serial numbers, date stamps or authenticity cards, we verify formatting is correct and consistent with the item's production period and collection.
Materials
Texture, weight, drape and grain of leathers, fabrics and materials. Authentic pieces use specific material grades confirmed through hands-on inspection.
Packaging
Dust bags, boxes, tissue paper and authenticity cards are inspected for print quality, materials and correct brand formatting — right down to the typeface.
